"Christopher is NEVER available and out of the office for meetings ALL THE TIME! We lost our vehicle over a month ago and got 1 call back after many calls. Over a week ago we became so frustrated we decided to switch agents. Chris is now unavailable again to finalize the policy transfer that we are submitting a dispute with corporate and having them authorize the transfer. In addition, he told us he would retro our dues on the X5 lost in the hail storm, and surprise surprise!!!! We got a bill yesterday with it on it and new insurance cards for it (we no longer have the X5 and State Farm picked it up on 6/22/19). Sorry Chris, but you need to step your game up. We will also be letting our truly amazing agents in CA know the lack of service provided by a referral of theirs."
